Happy Birthday, Paw-Paw/Dad/Favorite Father-in-Law!!!

This past Saturday Bobby was off and Matt wanted to go visit the battleship. My nephew Jesse went with us. We went early and actually beat the rain and the crowds. The rain came while we were eating lunch. I'm glad we went because the last time we went was when Matt was 4 and Makensie didn't go because she was a baby. So now they can say they've both been to the battleship.

The verdict is in! This weekend Matt & Mak picked out the colors they want their rooms to be painted.

Bobby got to see Makensie swim today after all! He didn't have to go into work as early, so he went with us to watch her swim. It was a beautiful day and the weather was actually nice and cool. Tomorrow is her last lesson, and they are having a "party" - punch and cookies! Now that's what I'm talking about.

Although it looks like it in these pictures, we did not just wake up. Oh and if you look in the background of Matt's picture, you will see Kelly in the blue shirt. We were late getting there today, so she couldn't save us a seat where we normally sit. We were late, but I have to stress again, we did NOT just wake up. It just looks that way :)
