SPENDING TIME WITH REAGAN

On Sunday Makensie & I went to my mom's to visit with my sister Beth and her kids. They came from Virginia for a visit. While there, Mak got to hold Reagan and help Grandma get her to sleep. She is already over six weeks old!
I can't believe it has been over two weeks since my last post - This Friday I am going with Makensie and her class on a field trip to a farm, and her ballet recital is Saturday. So I should have plenty of new pictures to post in the very near future! And I haven't forgotten Matthew - he is going on a most exciting field trip to an art museum in New Orleans a week from Friday. Bobby & I hope to get to join Matthew on that trip. How exciting!

School Portrait Day

M&M went back to school today from spring break and it was school portrait day. I put so much hairspray in their hair! Where they attend school, siblings get to have their picture taken together as well as individually, so I can't wait to see how they turned out.

Below you will see shots of M&M that I took at the beginning of this school year. Wow, have they grown in so many ways!

Makensie's Ballet Photoshoot

This is the professional photo of Makensie taken on March 18th. Previously I had put some snapshots of her on our blog that I had taken the day of her photoshoot, and this is how it turned out. It would have been so cute if I would have put her hair in a bun but I didn't think I could. Now that I know that I can, hehe, I will do it "next time".

SPRING BREAK and nothing to do.....

Matthew and Makensie have been out of school all week and I think they are getting a little stir crazy because Matt asked me to take this picture of him. Actually, they have had a pretty activity-filled week. Let's see......we have gone bowling with Bobby, to Pump it Up with Tucker and Reilly-Grace, to the park with Bobby, to the movies with Grandma, to the mall, and have gotten about "five" milkshakes and icees. Oh and they spent some time over at their grandparents at the beginning of the week, and on Bobby's day off Wednesday, we all ate lunch together at La Fiesta Brava - Mexican - yum, yum! I can't believe they only have 4-1/2 weeks left till summer vacation! Their last day of school is May 14th.

Silly Matt

Okay, I finally took the time to try to put Makensie's hair in a bun, and I did it! It's not very professional, granted, but it will do for her ballet recital. I wish I would have tried fixing it this way for her ballet photos...oh well. I just hope it stays for her recital. I will be putting a LOT of bobby pins and hair spray in this hair-do!

Makensie's Birthday Pajama Party
These are the cupcakes that Matt, Mak & I made for Mak to take to share with her friends at school.
Birthday Cake
We never actually got to eat this at the sleep-over because there was so much else to eat and do!
Decorations
While the kids were at school Friday, I had fun decorating the house. Makensie was so surprised because she had not seen any of the decorations I had bought.
Ice Cream Sundae Pajama Party!!!!!!

There was actually another girl (Julia), but she came later and I only got one picture of the back of her head. It's the one where they are about to punch the pinata. If you look closely in that picture, you will see five little heads :)

Matthew was here also. He is not in any pictures because he and his friend, Tucker were in his room all night on the Playstation II. Oh and when Bobby got home, he went back there with them :)
